last night I made my spicy carrot and potato soup AND muesli muffins - I had to do a taste test (of course) before they were even cool and the verdict was... hmm bit dry. here is the evidence
I will have to refine the recipe to make them more moist methinks or add an extra ingredient to see what works. Alternatively, I could always ask an expert Ruth Clemens who came second in this year's 'The Great British Bake off' - she now has her own blog the pink whisk
oh well best get back to it - Victoria Sponge next!
