the reluctant cook... day 2

Well day 2 of my 'home cooking' experience wasn't quite as successful as day 1.

I made a vegetable curry, which because of a slight variation of the recipe on my part(hence why they say follow the instructions!) it went a bit awry.. It was more like a stew than a curry but for a first attempt it wasn't bad.  It was at least edible and fairly tasty, so some tweaking on this one methinks!
