This is a non-profit initiative that aims to provide help and refuge for women and children who are in danger because of domestic abuse.

Many need general everyday items such as make up, toiletries, clothing and underwear (for both adults and children) - essentials for those who have to flee their homes in a hurry and are left with just the clothes they stand in.

They don't accept monetary contributions but you can send packages or parcels direct - all details are listed on the website.

Its a great cause and one which anyone, at anytime, may have to call on when in need.
