its been that kind of day...

when for once I didn't get up and go shopping as I've just got paid.  It was a day to get up and sort things, so i did..

With pa's help I re-arranged the front bedroom into the 'dressing room' I'd been wanting since moving into the house.  I now have both the wardrobes (yes both as in two..) along the same wall with a huge book shelf on the other.  Books on left - clothes on right. 

I must admit still alot to sort out ie piles and piles of magazines, handbags (well i have to keep them all) and all manner of other items i haven't yet recycled or thrown away - all in good time, its not easy parting with anything when you're a Cancerian hoarder dontcha know..

So my plan is to get more organised and zone everything in the house. Keep all paperwork in one place, magazines in another (and/or donated to friends/recycled).  I still have drawers of clothes to trawl through but a damn good start even if i do say so myself. 

So far bags/boxes for boot fair, items up on eBay for selling and slightly more order restored to at least one room in the house... phew! 

its hard going all this organisation lark - i think its time for a sit down with a cuppa and a magazine ;0)
