The Reluctant cook.... monday night bake

found some easy recipes (the best kind I find) and went home all of a flurry ready to bake :0)

so I made flapjacks and brownies.  It was the first time for brownies and they came out great

I made them with plain chocolate with wholenuts - which meant I didn't need to add extra nuts in the mixture.  I had a taste test this morning with my 11am cuppa and I must say they were v good - moist and the right depth.  So a good result and something to add to the easy to do collection.

Really must now get the Victoria Sponge right - you'd think it would be easy wouldn't you!?  Lorraine Pascale said it was anyway ...
